The process of designing, manufacturing and maintenance of medical devices are undergoing constant changes in stringent regulations and standards. Adequate knowledge on these areas of medical device technologies is essential for a Biomedical Engineer to have a successful career in corporate hospitals and research centers. The objective of this course is to provide a comprehensive knowledge on these aspects to the M.Tech, MS and Ph.D. students, primarily to enhance their employability skills.
