Overview
The purpose of this course is to:
• Gain a conceptual understanding of the infrastructures that architect enterprise-wide and inter-organizational systems (IoS)
• Study how interorganizational systems have transformed business activities
• Study the legal, privacy and security impacts of implementing modern information systems

After the successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
• Describe conceptually the technologies underlying today’s systems
• Describe various interorganizational activities
• Classify interorganizational systems
• Describe managerial issues that arise while integrating various systems
