The course aims to prepare research scholars to undertake research in HR and OB and related fields using qualitative or/and quantitative research methods such as survey research. More specifically, the goals of the course are to:1. Understand the existing research, theories and frameworks prominently used in the field of HR and OB. 2. Use HR and OB research vocabulary correctly.3. Improve ability to critically read and evaluate seminal articles/papers in HR and OB research and claims of benefits
